Anxiety

Anxiety seems to be very common in the world today. It can arise for many reasons, and being rather a diffuse condition it can be hard to know exactly what is causing it. Every snowflake is different because it traces its own distinct path through the icy air currents as it falls. It is no wonder that the patterns in each of us is different as we have traced our own paths through life.

So in dealing with anxiety the first step is to disentangle the factors involved. When you have experience of only one life, this can be hard. When you have led many it is easy! I am lucky enough to at least have been able to see into many lives, which is nearly as good. As a result the first step does not usually take long.

The second step is to start the, usually simple, changes that are needed to get out of it. Imagine a traveler who is stuck in a morass. Not knowing the territory, he does not know which way to go. Is solid land this way, or that? The struggles can all too often make things worse. But if a local guide, who knows the lie of the land, is at hand then all becomes easy. The guide knows the easiest way to dry land. At times it may be just an arm's length away. And he may well have a rope or a helping hand to make things easier still.
